Recipe: Bacon That Will Get You Cuffed

I should gatekeep tf out of this, but for you, my friend- I will share my secret.

This recipe comes from my incredible co-worker, Evans. I first sampled this bacon at her baby shower (went back for seconds and thirds) and ascended with each and every bite.

I requested that she ask the chef (her Eastern-European MIL) how to make bacon this good and lucky for us, she spilled the tea. I was given the epitome of a blessing. So don’t thank me for this— thank Evans and thank God! (I still want some credit, though.)

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of thick-cut bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Grab a baking sheet and a wire rack—you’ll need both for this recipe. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup, then place the wire rack on top.

  3. Lay the bacon strips in a single layer on the wire rack—no overlapping.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. (I’m team cremate it.)

  5. Remove from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.

  6. Serve immediately, or let it cool slightly if you’re adding it to another dish.

No flipping, no tussling with popping grease—just perfect bacon, every time.

Don’t tell anyone else.
